1. Scope
This policy applies to all one-time marketing-support packages purchased through this website. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by anything in this policy.
2. Cancelling before work begins
If you cancel before the project brief has been agreed and before any research or planning has started, the package fee is refunded in full.
3. Cancelling after work has begun
Once the brief has been agreed and work has started, a refund may be considered on a partial basis reflecting the work already carried out. Where a package has been delivered in full, it is not refundable.
4. Digital services and the right to cancel
These are bespoke digital services prepared to your specification. Where you ask for work to begin immediately, you acknowledge that the statutory 14-day cancellation right may be lost once the service has been fully performed. Where work has only partly been performed, a proportionate charge applies.
5. Services not delivered
If an agreed deliverable is not provided, you are entitled to a full refund of the amount paid for that deliverable.
6. What is not refundable
Refunds are not available because a recommendation was not implemented, because the results of implementation did not meet expectations, or because commercial outcomes such as leads, sales, followers or rankings did not occur. No such outcomes are promised at any point.
7. How to request a refund
Email hello@brightreachmarketing.co.uk with your name, the package purchased, the payment reference and the reason for the request. Requests are acknowledged within two business days and a decision is given within five business days.
8. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe. Bank processing usually takes five to ten business days.
9. Disputes
If you disagree with a decision, contact me first so it can be reviewed. Nothing in this policy removes your right to pursue other remedies available to you in law.
