Frequently Asked Questions
Twenty-five answers covering the business, the services, delivery, payments, refunds and what is not included.
Who operates BrightReach Marketing Support?
BrightReach Marketing Support is operated by Sujana Shahi Thakuri. I review every enquiry personally, agree the scope of each project and prepare the recommendations and planning materials that are delivered. There is no account manager between you and the person doing the work.
Is BrightReach Marketing Support a sole trader?
Yes. BrightReach Marketing Support is independently owned and operated by Sujana Shahi Thakuri as a sole trader in the United Kingdom. It is not a limited company and does not employ staff.
What marketing services do you provide?
Marketing reviews, campaign planning, audience research, content planning, social-media direction, marketing roadmaps, messaging guidance and promotional planning. Everything is planning and advisory work delivered as written recommendations and structured documents.
Who are the services designed for?
UK sole traders, freelancers, startups, consultants, coaches, local businesses, professional-service providers, online service businesses and small e-commerce or creative businesses that want more structure in their marketing.
Are packages one-time payments?
Yes. Every package listed on the pricing page is a one-time marketing-support service with a defined scope. You pay once for the package you choose.
Are there recurring subscriptions?
No. Nothing on this website sets up a recurring charge, and no card details are stored by me. If you later want ongoing support, that would be agreed separately as a new piece of work.
What happens after purchasing a package?
You receive a payment confirmation, and I contact you to confirm the brief: your business, audience, objectives, chosen channels, deliverables, revision allowance and delivery schedule. Work starts once the brief is agreed.
How are services delivered?
Digitally. Depending on the package, that means written recommendations, planning documents, content calendars, roadmaps and consultations held remotely. Nothing is posted physically.
What information do you need from me?
Your website and social channels if you have them, a description of your services or products, who you are trying to reach, your marketing objectives, current challenges, any existing content and any campaigns you have coming up.
Do you manage advertising campaigns?
No. I plan and advise. I do not log into advertising accounts, build ad sets or manage live ad delivery. If your plan includes advertising, I will recommend the direction and you or your chosen provider will run it.
Is advertising spend included?
No. Advertising budget, media buying and platform fees are never included in a package price and are paid by you directly to the platform.
Do you guarantee leads?
No. I provide planning, research and recommendations. The number of enquiries a business receives depends on its market, offer, pricing, delivery and how consistently the plan is applied, so no lead volume is promised.
Do you guarantee sales?
No. Sales outcomes cannot be guaranteed by any marketing-support provider. What is guaranteed is the scope of deliverables agreed in your brief.
Do you guarantee social-media growth?
No. Follower counts, reach and engagement are controlled by platform algorithms and audience behaviour. I can give you clearer themes, messaging and a posting structure, but not a guaranteed result.
Do you guarantee SEO rankings?
No. Search rankings are set by search engines. I can advise on messaging, content themes and channel priorities; I do not sell ranking promises or carry out technical SEO implementation.
Can you help with campaign planning?
Yes. The Campaign Planning Session is built for exactly that: turning an idea into an objective, an audience, a core message, recommended channels, content themes and a sequence of actions.
Can you create a content calendar?
Yes. The Content and Promotion Plan includes a basic content calendar alongside content themes, topic ideas, platform recommendations and call-to-action suggestions.
Can you review my existing marketing?
Yes. The Marketing Review looks at your current activity, messaging and selected channels, identifies obvious gaps and sets out priority recommendations in a written summary.
Can you help define my target audience?
Yes. Audience direction is included in most packages, and audience research forms a substantial part of the Marketing Growth Roadmap and the Complete Marketing Strategy.
Can I request a custom scope?
Yes. If none of the listed packages match what you need, describe your situation through the contact form and I will tell you whether it is something I can support and what the scope would look like.
How many revisions are included?
The revision allowance is stated in each package and confirmed in your brief before work begins. Where a package includes one revision or clarification stage, that means one consolidated set of comments rather than repeated rounds.
Can I cancel before work begins?
Yes. If you cancel before the brief is agreed and before any research or planning has started, the package fee is refunded in full. Once work has begun, the Refund and Cancellation Policy applies.
Can I request a refund?
Refund requests are handled under the published Refund and Cancellation Policy. Refunds are considered against the work already carried out and delivered. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Can you work with businesses outside London?
Yes. Services are delivered digitally, so I work with businesses across the United Kingdom. The registered business address is in Greenwich, London, but no in-person attendance is required.
How do I contact Sujana Shahi Thakuri?
Email hello@brightreachmarketing.co.uk, call +44 7405 154002, or use the enquiry form on the contact page. Enquiries are normally reviewed within one business day.
Still unsure which package fits? Describe your situation and I will tell you honestly, including if the answer is none of them.
